Living room

With a nice view of the swimming pool it is the ideal place to just sit back and relax. You can watch cable TV, look at a DVD movie or have a game on the playstation. Like the rest of the house it is fully air conditionned and gives easy accses to the pool area.

Kitchen and dining area

How to better start a day with a good breakfast in our fully equipped kitchen. You find everything from blender to microwave and toaster, should you decide not to profit from the many excellent restaurants nearby. The dining area seats 8 comfortably and is a perfect place to enjoy a good meal

Master Bedroom 1

It has a beautiful look out to the pool area and is equipped with TV and alarm clock.The en-suite bathroom has double basins, bath and a spacious shower, as well as a separate restroom. (The Queen size bed will be replaced by a King size in August 2010.)

Master Bedroom 2

Also equipped with a TV it has its own bathroom which has also access to the pool area.

The 'Mickey Mouse room'

Your kids will love this room as there are Mickey and other Disney characters all over it. They will be able to get a good night of sleep while Mickey watches over their dreams. Of course it comes with its own TV, so everybody get to watch the program he likes.

The 'Princess room'

A real Princess needs her own room. After a day in the parks the Disney Magic follows your kids right into their own room and maybe even into their dreams.

Between these two rooms is the third bathroom which has of course also his own Disney touch.

Gamesroom

You will find a pool table, air hockey and electronic darts to have a good time and relax from the stress at home or at work.

Pool area

A real highlight of the villa is its extra large pool deck with a covered lanai and a ceiling fan to protect you from the Florida sun.
If desired the pool can be heated to ensure a year round swimming pleasure. It is fully screened so all the little bugs stay outside and just the sun comes in. You can prepare you own dinner on the gas grill or just have some fun outside.

To ensure security, especially to our little guests, all the doors and windows that have access to the pool area are equipped with an alarm.

You can also use our free WIFI and benefit from free local and long distance phone calls.

To ease up on your baggages you will find a crib, a cot, a high chair and a stroller in case of need. (Please bring your own linen for the crib and cot).
