Our pricing structure is as follows:

All prices are per night, unless stated otherwise

A cleaning fee of $85 applies on stays less than 7 nights.

Low Season - Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, Sep, Nov, Dec (excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter)
Mid Season - May, June, October
High Season - July, August

The rental charges include all of the following:

* Gas and Electricity (excludes pool heating)
* Cable TV
* Bed linen & towels

We reserve the right to vary prices, but all prices will be guaranteed upon confirmation of booking and receipt of deposit.



Pool Heating

If required, there is a standard charge of $35 per day ($200 per week) for pre-arranged pool heating. This can also be arranged locally through our Management Company.

Crib, Cot, High Chair and Stroller

A Crib, Cot, High Chair and Stroller are provided free of charge. However, please bring your own bed linen for the Crib and Cot.
